This is a lo I did for Round 1 Super Bowl Progressive
Progressive Steps:
STEP ONE: Scraplift yourself. Find a page you have already created and lift it. (Scraplifted my "Dream" lo, which can be found here: http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/215049/view/1579255/-1/580/1.html )
STEP TWO: I embossed and debossed hearts (next to the flower)
STEP THREE: Double mat at least one distress the edges
STEP FOUR: I made a pinwheel flower
STEP FIVE: I used the music theme brad
STEP SIX: Place title on some type of texture like mesh
STEP SEVEN: Journaling - was a free spot, so I just used sticker alphas to add his name.
