29-The headphones I bought so that I could help Jana with her webinar -- we’re practicing tonight.

30-Our most favorite recipe -- Tracie’s Couscous Salad. If we’re not eating Paleo, we might as well eat something we absolutely love.

31-My guilty treat -- love this English toffee cappuccino!

1-I volunteered at church today, and these are the gorgeous flowers in the foyer.

2-My watch died so I had to spring for a new one. I don’t like it quite as well as the old one, but at least I know what time it is.

3-This is the face I frequently get when I try to photograph Katie; I warned her I was going to scrap it.

4-Sam had his first Upward flag football game today. I took the BIG lens and was pleased with the shots I got. Our boy even carried the ball.
