Give a Cheer
I've always been inspired by Dina Wakley's art and this was no exception that this piece of art led me to one of my favorite layouts lately. It's very easy and fast to create such a colorful background : simply add gesso all over your background paper, let it dry. Then grab a few Mr Hueys, a water spray and your heat gun : spray some color mists, add some water and use your heat gun! That's it! :D
