Give a Cheer
Uriah on the ice treadmill. It goes up to 17 mph and the front inclines. You can see in the mirror how he is attached to the harness he's wearing. Tonight there was only one other skating with him, a man in his late 50's to early 60's. He's sitting on a bench but U is hiding him in the mirror. Up to 4 people can be harnessed at a time. As they are done with the particular task they are doing they exit to one side and rotate the next skater in. It really is neat to watch. I was sitting at the end of the treadmill and it was my personal fan although a ton louder than I cared for. The instructor works the machine that you can see to the left (it's white with red numbers). U's top speed tonight was 11.5 but it didn't last long before he grabbed the bar to hold on for dear life! :)
