The journaling reads: "There's nothing quite like the flavours of Laos, the peaceful oranges, the spicy greens, the smiling yellows - Laos is such a flavourful place - and these flavours and colours of the country are what sticks with me the most afterwards. My favourite Laos memories are of the monks collecting rice in the morning at 6am and of our two day slowboat journey on the Mekong."
