Like the document organizers on the wall. I have a couple of those - although I use them differently. They do come in very handy. The cubes seem like they too work nicely.

Closet and Paper organization

I mounted two letter/mail wire-mesh document organizers on my wall to organize my loose patterned paper. Each organizer has three compartments (though you can't tell from the pic) so I can organize different types of paper. Fits 12x12 paper easily. Found these at Target in office supplies. Black storage cubes in closet are from the "itso" organization system (at Target). I have shelves inside the cubes to separate projects/layouts I'm working on.
