I wanted to know how the idea of Disney World began. I did some research on line about Walt Disney. I came across this cartoon. Seamboat willie was the beginning of the idea to build Disney. The first time I went to Florida in March of 1972 for our honeymoon the Majic Kingdom had just opened in 1971. We loved it. Over the years we took our children 4 times as the Theme Parks were added. Ray and I went back again in Feb. 2012 to celebrate our 40th anniversary. This Christmas the tradition will be passed to my grandchildren as we are taking them to Disney for the first time at Christmas. Traditions well nice memories1
