Give a Cheer
I created this card using a brand new die called Lacey Tiers by JustRite. It was designed by Becca Feekin. It is a perfect reflection of her elegant style! I used Tim Holtz Distress Markers to create the colorful background and then used the die to cut it. I used coordinating seam binding. TFL!
