Give a Cheer
I made the frame/pennant with my Cricut and layered them, then stamped the image of the bridge and used it as a frame. (The stamp was a gift from a friend I met in England . . . Thanks Rosey!! :-) I heat embossed over the top layer of the pennant to give it some dimension, used lots of flowers, a wooden flower and leaf the I inked and covered with Glossy Accents. . .and bling, and of course, rub ons!! :-)
