Give a Cheer
I stamped the flag image and sponged from pad directly onto the paper. I used the masking tape technique to make the background. (tip use really juicy ink pads) Since I wanted a distressed look, I inked around the edges of the cardstock that I stamped with masking tape and matted on blue card stock. I also made two using red TH ink.
