Give a Cheer
I created this lil' baby carriage using my Silhouette and a brand new set by JustRite called Special Delivery. The rattle was stamped on Shrinky Dink material and given a bit of color with Copics. I stamped the sentiment on a tag that was cut using my Cricut. Glossy accents and rhinestones were added to the wheels.
