Christmas tic tac toe layout, Scraplift the person before you Challenge

My inspiration was Tinadin 's tic tac toe beach themed layout. I decided to switch it up to Christmas and I changed how the tic tac toe lines layed across the page. I used some snowflake paper from HL to make the background, used white strips to make the board, cut my pictures and glued them on the page. Used some snowflake stickers to embellish. I also used white paper edged with blue distress ink to make some snow banks and used some penguins to add to the look.
