Give a Cheer
I used a plain teal piece of scrap paper and cut a patterned paper from The Paper Studio's 8x8 so-so sweet paper pack to look like a face. With brown strips of cardstock, I wrote the quote (found on the internet) "It's your birthday, Mom so I will raise a cheer, for without you extraordinary person, I would not be here!) I made the flowers with strips of green paper and 3D embellishment flowers.
