Give a Cheer
I made this card for my cousin's new baby boy using a Stamps by Judith stamp, punch embossing plate and some bling. I saw a card of a similar layout on the front of a magazine and I had to have that stamp. It is so darn cute, but I didn't have a use for it until this new baby boy was born into the family. And he sure is a cutie. TFL
