Give a Cheer
This is my new favorite page. The blue polka dot paper is from Recollections, the red flower paper is from Cloud 9 Fiesta Pad and the red dots is from DCWV Spring Glitter Stack. The title is from Graphically Speaking and the red frame is from Elegant Edges. The white flourish is from Reminisce. I used Kiwi Lane templates and a Martha Stewart circle punch.
