Give a Cheer
I cut out the orange circle with a hand punch. The blue circle was cut with my Cricut machine. The flowers were also cut out with my Cricut. I put those 3D tabs under the blue circle and lifted the top petals of the flower to add dimension. On top the flower is a gold glittery brad. "Hello..." was stamped and powder embossed.
