Give a Cheer
This extremely colorful page is meant to reflect the bright colors and fantastical imagery of Tibetan art. The photo was taken upon my arrival in Tibet. Driving to the hotel from the airport, I could hardly believe I was there. Our guide stopped to show us this enormous Buddha painted on a rock, surrounded by scarves left as offerings. Tibetan art just amazes me. It is so different, full of wild-looking monsters and peaceful buddhas, all in bold, striking colors. Anyway, it was an amazing place to visit. TFL!
