We left the ship to do some shopping at the market near the port. We walked to Vargas Park (Parque) and looked around. The kiosk and flowers were beautiful. The park was named for the Governor from 1883 to 1905, who had ship captains bring tropical trees from Cuba and Jamaica. They are still in the park. The black vultures were doing their part in cleaning up the park. LOL! Don't know what the strange looking fruit is. TFL! I'm so honored. Had to change the flowers on the second page to be straight like the ones on the first page.
