How to do Texas BBQ:1. Drive 1.5 hrs outside Austin to Lockhart, TX. Choose between two of the best BBQ places in the state, located right down the street from each other. 2. Pick meat. Say yes to pickles, onions, & white bread - you'll be grateful later. 3. Admire accumulated meat - pork & beef ribs, 2 kinds of sausages, & of course, the famous Texas brisket. 4. Eat as much as humanly possible. Then have a bit more!Products used: scenic route & chatterbox patterned paper, core impressions card stock, letter stickers (October afternoon, pink paislee, American crafts, making memories).
