I made this for Color Combos Galore and How Much Is Too Much. HMITM's challenge is celebrating International Clown Week (we had to use 8 buttons, 1 flower, 11 different patterned papers, one red circle, and mist or paint), and I thought it would be fun to add a page to my Book of Silly. That's my nephew with his hair dyed red for school spirit week.
