When I saw Kathy's ice cream cone shape I knew they'd be cute as patterned paper scoops. Tricia Chapman's Posh Baby Girl Papers fit the bill! I printed and hand cut. added cardstock letters, some glitter on the letters and a swirl of divine twine to frame it up.:)
