I have been intrigued at Daniel's use of crayons on his projects. I am entering my attempt at crayon coloring in his crayon challenge. I really like the results! I first colored all my areas with a white crayon to kind of soften the palette. I colored lightly with the lightest color first and then went in with the darker color to shade. I colored white over each layer as I colored to help it blend a little better. Thanks for the challenge, Daniel. As always you make me get out of my box. I also did a crayon resist on the background. I stamped the dragonflies on glossy cs, colored in and outlined some areas with a crayon ( it does not have to be white ), brayered the background and rubbed off the excess crayon. I enjoyed doing this very much!
