He's such a little manipulator…he's doing it to you, right? Right now, you're saying ‘ahhhhh’ and wondering if it's possible that he's the same boy that torments me so. But he does. I fall for his fluttery eyelashes too though…I'm not ashamed to admit it.<br><br><b>STEPS:</b><br>1. Print title and journaling on blue patterned paper. Ink edges and attach to black cardstock background.<br>2. Add ink paper strips as shown. Attach bottom photo matted on white and top photo on pop dots. <br>3. Add rub-ons for white border and numbers.
