Made this card for my SIL's birthday after a prompt from fellow Calendar Gal Tere suggested we finish a project that's been lying around. I actually started this card in 2009 with stuff I bought from Scrapfest 2009. Not sure what happened or why I didn't finish it but I needed a card for my SIL's birthday the other day and I went to my stash to make one and this is what came out.
