The subject choice is obvious (that's my sister) but what's probably not an obvious choice was the paper collection I used. It's Midway by October Afternoon which at first glance is a carnival-themed collection, but it can be used for so much more :)I used a Balzer Designs Crafters Workshop stencil in the background with lots of numbers and months to represent the waiting period when you're expecting.
