I usually like to mix papers from one company per layout, but in this case I used papers from 4 different companies because I thought they complimented each other so well. Somehow the papers look better with each other IRL. I think the hardest part of this page was fitting the journaling within the circle. It reads:

"My sweet Meagan, you are my summertime baby. You were born barefoot in a warm summer month and that's the way you want to keep it. Your socks are always off the second those toes hit the soft sweet grass. Actually, I can't keep socks on your feet summer or winter! This picture was taken in your Opa's backyard, at this time of year it's a sea of green, pinks, purples, blues, yellows, really every colour of the rainbow. I love this photo of you, your pose, your grace, it's truly the essence of you."

The flowers in the photo are literally that vibrant so I wanted to choose paper that complimented them.
