Ya really got me with this challenge. I've never done quilling and quite honestly probably won't again. I started this on day 2 of WF and only this morning finished. Here's a tip tho' when quilling with white be certain your hands a very clean! Twice I ruined mine with dirt. UGH! Inky fingers anyway. I used a pp for the bg and added a few ‘bubbles’ with an inked pencil eraser and watercolor pens. I used Tombo ink picked up from my work surface with a water pen to paint the fish, added google eyes to the fish and the sentiment inside “Fishing you a happy birthday!”
