As part of our Colorful Christmas event [twopeasinabucket.com], I created a festive holiday banner using the color scheme of bright red, golden yellow, and denim blue.In the video, I show you how you can create all of your pennant pieces using a Silhouette die-cutter. Although the die-cutting machine makes this project super simple, you can also use other methods described in the video.
