Give a Cheer
Stamped images with black ink to white card stock. Colored with Prismacolor Pencils, then applied Star Dust Stickles to card front image. Adhered to PP panel and orange CS, then to white card base. Embellished with Halloween ribbon. Stamped images inside card as shown with black ink. Stamped quote, and adhered to orange scrap.
