Give a Cheer
I stamped the large stamp from the Ad Sense stamp set by Papertrey Ink onto the yellow patterned paper and then cut it in half to create a little banner. I added the card front to red felt that I trimmed using pinking shears around the edges. Afterward, I added a card base to the back.
