I made this for a friend who's moving very far away. I'm going to miss her and her kids very, very much.
I started with a damp canvas and used a couple colors of acrylic. I cut a star background on a Silhouette and used Color Shine to mask it onto the canvas (use a quick coat of Mod Podge to lock it in after the Color Shine is very dry because it will run if it gets damp again unless it's sealed). I also cut the letters on the Silhouette, and then added some stars from Studio Calico and using a Tim Holtz mask with modeling paste.
