I made this notepad by altering a Target spiral notepad that had a pen connected to it. I used the Basic Grey LilyKate papers and sticker letters and BG rub-ons (that match!). I also used some ribbon (Offray and Bobbin Ribbon and Michaels ribbon). I actually took apart the pen and altered it to match the notepad. I also chalk inked the edges. I sealed the whole thing with Mod Podge and then put the ribbon on it. Pic #1 is the front, Pic #2 is the front inside and Pic #3 is the back. I just love it! Sorry the pics are a bit blurry.
