Give a Cheer
I made this card for my mom's birthday. I used Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles and layered them with foam tape. I fussy cut the butterflies and the banner and stamped Happy Birthday to the center. The wood frame is by Kaisercraft and I just added some pearls as accents. My flower cluster is topped off with bits of tulle and bits of a floral pick. I also added Diamond Dust to my flower tops for added shimmer.
