I am experimenting with the coloring of this Hero Arts stamp. The areas that are to be dark are solid rubber and the lighter sections are textured. The flower is inked with Picked Raspberry distress ink and mowed lawn for the leaves and stem. I could not achieve a solid enough image on the cold press and change to hot press.I used a wet brush to smooth out the ink to distinguish the shadow areas. After I did the best I could with the paints, I lightened with a white pencil.
