I had a lot of fun making this! I bought the balloon image and a pre-cut flip card kit from Repeat Impressions. They have good instructions on the web. Candle and star/flower stamps are Hero Arts. Party chick stamps from Stampendous.Added a little sparkle with gel pen. TFL! Note: The card is white, purple is just a background for the photo.
