I haven't given up on Kimber's sketch. This time I chose a narrower image; but once again, I ended up with something unlike the sketch. This time the image was too long. The only thing that came from the sketch is the placement of the focal image to the right side of the card.

CARD:
5“ x 7”
Bazzill cardstock
Stampin' Up! kraft cardstock

MAT:
Judikins background stamp (one of my favorites)
VersaMark Ink
Ranger's Clear Superfine Embossing Powder
Tombow Marker (#879) to edge the mat

FOCAL IMAGE:
Magenta stamp
Staz-on Timber Brown Ink
Distress Antique Linen Ink (2nd card) and Old Paper & Antique Linen (1st card)
Prismacolor Pencils
—tree (Putty Beige, French Grey 10%, Light Umber on 1st card; Chocolate on 2nd card)
—buildings (French Grey 10% (less on 1st card, more on 2nd card; I prefer less.)
Scotch Foam Tape to mat the focal image

EMBELLISHMENT:
Unknown brown twine off a roll

You have to really look to see the background image (old architecture); IRL it shows up just fine.

TFL.
