Give a Cheer
I used leftovers from different projects to make this card. The backgound piece is Wax Paper Resist from one of my challenges. The focal piece was cut off a larger piece because it has the embossed name of the paper manufacturer on it. I think I used a Tombow Marker, maybe watered down, to make the border. I made the embellishment when Daniel gave us a tutorial on shrinking craft foam.

Tombow Marker #755 to edge the entire card
Background Piece:
Stampin' Up! White Cardstock
Wax Paper for the Resist Technique
Distress Ink, Warm Lipstick
Focal Piece:
140-lb. hot press watercolor paper
Faux Fern used as a mask
Stamp Zia water color sprays (I don't remember the colors.)
Edged and bordered (?) with Tombow Marker #755
