I had seen someone on here made a similar advent calendar with envelopes she had cut in half and then put in a frame and just had to try it for myself. I didn't cut envelopes in half but rather just found small envelopes and created on top of those. I ran to my local goodwill and found what I thought to be the perfect frame, it works but it could have been a little bit larger. I love the way it turned out though and know that it will be hanging in our home for years to come.
