This photo from the summer of 1979 is me (glasses) and my older sister Karen.

The quote reads: "I'm smiling because you're my sister. I'm laughing because there's nothing you can do about it." - seems to fit the photo pretty well - Karen looks like she's laughing, while I'm smiling :)

The page design is based on one from an old Close To My Heart catalog (and yes, I've done it once before). The quote is stamped, the large "s" is handcut and other title letters were cut with a coluzzle. The flowers are punched, the circles handcut. I used rickrack for the flower stems and added a strip of lace behind the title. Inking is done in chestnut brown and doodling in chocolate. PPs are from a mix of sets. Thanks for looking!
