Directions
With a pencil, trace out the cookie cutter shape on paper
Cut it out
Dab Mod Podge satin along cutter's edge.
Press paper in place and let dry: it is a work that needs a bit of patience. Once dried, use Mod Podge to seal paper.
With a brush, paint the outside of the cookie cutter in the chosen color and let dry. Apply Mod Podge glitter to protect paint and add sparkle.
Apply stickers as shown.
With glue gun, apply ribbon on the backside of the cookie cutter and voila, your ornament is ready!
