Give a Cheer
This layout was inspired by both Nancy Damiano and Ashley Horton's classes.
From Nancy, my take away is to not be afraid or overwhelmed with doing the "event" stories. I love how she said that if the everyday photos shows the little details of our lives, then events show the big picture. I chose only a few photos from our Halloween in 2014.
From Ashley's class, I learned how to finally use my sketch pen. I don't have much, only the few that initially came with my Cameo but I tried using her free "hello" cut file to fill in the white background with a gold sketch pen. I was also going to try the watercolor effect that she showed in her class but ended up not liking what I was doing (totally my fault and not hers) so I had to cover up my mistake and ended up covering most of the background, which was not my initial intention. Either way, I'm still happy with the page and how I learned a few things with my Cameo.
