I used a Prima fabric covered cuff (2011) as the base for this piece. The Cameo is from Sandra Evertons Relics and Artifacts by Prima http://www.sandraevertson.com/shop/cameos-1 I also used Art Ingredients Mica Powder by Finnabair in Black Cherry and Teal.
