I got the idea from some cute Uncle Sams attached to sticks on Pinterest and decided to attach some to cards. I hand cut out the hat and hand punched the circles for the face and nose. The scalloped circle was cut with my Cricut machine. I inked his rosy cheeks, drew his mouth and added half pearls for eyes. I stamped "HAPPY 4TH OF JULY" and hand punched the stars. I embossed the blue background. Shown also is the envelope I made. Thanks muchly for your continued support and encouragement :o)Ro
