I made a 9x9 wall hanging panel - but instead of using a paper doll, I decided to personalize it to my family. The picture is of my daughter that I turned into my own paper doll by putting it on chipboard and coating it with collage medium. It works great with this as she looks creepily like she is stepping out of the picture frame holding the lantern (which lights up). I made my own collage tiles from an older Halloween paper pad. I have listed the products I used below. For the edging of black mica flakes - I used my normal white ones and dyed them black with alcohol ink. But if you have the halloween black mica flakes - they would work as well.
