This monochromatic aqua panel was created using lots of Prima Marketing goodies! I started by applying Modeling Paste through a stencil onto a 3x9 inch canvas. I then used my heat tool to gently heat the paste--this causes a resist effect. I then applied watered down Impasto Paint to the canvas. I also applied Metallique Paint to some resin moulds after spritzing them with water. This creates a wash effect where the paint pools in the crevices. Once all my pieces were dry, I added all of my flowers and moulds, tucking in some sisal fibers and lace. I added some pearls, a gemstone charm and some crystals.
