Altered Gingerbread House by Tanya

Tanya altered this Gingerbread House with a combination of two gorgeous @primamarketinginc collections, Golden Desert and Candy Cane Lane by @frankgarciastudio along with some fabulous @finnabair_studio and @redesignwithprima products.

I traced the wooden box onto the pattern paper from the Golden Desert collection. I cut it out and glued it onto the box. Isn't this paper just the perfect colour for gingerbread?

I created some pillars with the Redesign Regal Trimmings mould to add to the sides and bottom for decoration.

I created the roof with some popsicle sticks. I prepped them with gesso and painted them with Impasto paint Snow White. I added some light paste on the top section of the roof.

I then adorned the rest of the house with some elements from the Candy Cane Lane collection and other embellishments.
