Give a Cheer
I ink blended a slimline panel with three red oxide inks, then embossed it with a Whimsy Slimline Holly Embossing Folder for a bit of texture and interest. I wrapped a gorgeous McGregor Tartan ribbon around the panel and added my watercoloured poinsettia in layers to give the bloom dimension. I used a combination of Vicki Boutin Watercolor and Gansai Tambi to get the colours I wanted for this creation. I didn't have a red, so chose a warm copper colour. I made an envelope to match from red cardstock with my Whimsy Slimline Envelopes Die.
