Give a Cheer
I used the Tea Rose 3D Embossing folder and stencil in the normal way. Then i lightly swiped Cloud 9 opaque white over the top and added Ranger Ink - Hologram to get the glitter looked edges. For the background i made some paper by mixing gesso with Cloud 9 interference inks and then i embossed it with the 3D embossing Knitted folder.
