Give a Cheer
This year I did not decorate due to my husband's health issues and I was unable to deal with all the boxes of decorations. Surgery was 12/21. Our daughter came to stay to take care of our dog while we were away for surgery and while we were gone she managed to go through some of my boxes and put up just a lighted tree, stockings for the four of us, and my polar bear. I was so touched when we got home this morning and saw all of this all lit up. What a precious gift she gave to us this year and it actually feels a bit like Christmas now!
