Tried to find patterned paper to match the fabric on Ann's dress, no luck, wanted to use it as a mat for the photo. Determination made me fussy cut flower bunches from one paper and diagonally cut some pink graph paper, close enough. The white ruffle trim with the red edging was an afterthought. The clear double sided 1/4" tape rolls from scrapbook.com are perfect for attaching it. I also used the 1/8" tape to attach the gingham ribbon.
